The braking system is mainly composed of the following key components:

Brake pedal: This is the part operated by the driver, who issues a braking command by stepping on it.

Power supply device: Responsible for providing and regulating the energy required for braking, while improving the state of the transmission medium.

Control device: Produces braking action and controls its effect. The brake pedal is a typical control device.

Transmission device: Transfers braking energy to the brake, including key components such as the master cylinder and wheel cylinder.

Brake: The core component for achieving vehicle deceleration or stopping. According to the design, brakes can be divided into drum and disc types. Drum brakes brake by hydraulically rubbing the friction pad against the inner side of the brake drum, while disc brakes use a hydraulic system to rub the friction pad against the brake disc to achieve the braking effect.
