We have constantly improved and enhanced the production capacity, at present, we have 5 hot pressing machines of 500 tons, 10 hot pressing machines of 400 tons, 25 hot pressing machines of 200-350 tons, 10 all-automatic drilling machines, as well as more than 60 sets of equipment of other raw materials mixing, brake linings grinding and product packaging, and more than 100 first-line production staff.
Quality Control
When each batch of raw materials come into the factory, they will be tested by laboratory test, then only confirm qualified can be allowed to enter the warehouse. In the process of production, from raw materials mixing, to hot pressing molding, to grinding and drilling, to heat treatment, as well as the last of the dust removal and the packaging, each production link is set up for quality control mechanisms.
