We have constantly improved and enhanced the production capacity, at present, we have 5 hot pressing machines of 500 tons, 10 hot pressing machines of 400 tons, 25 hot pressing machines of 200-350 tons, 10 all-automatic drilling machines, as well as more than 60 sets of equipment of other raw materials mixing, brake linings grinding and product packaging, and more than 100 first-line production staff.
Quality Control
When each batch of raw materials come into the factory, they will be tested by laboratory test, then only confirm qualified can be allowed to enter the warehouse. In the process of production, from raw materials mixing, to hot pressing molding, to grinding and drilling, to heat treatment, as well as the last of the dust removal and the packaging, each production link is set up for quality control mechanisms.

Reach: Thread length determines how far the spark plug tip extends into the combustion chamber. A mismatch can lead to poor combustion or piston contact.
Heat Range: This refers to a spark plug's ability to dissipate heat. “Hotter” plugs retain more heat, ideal for cold climates or high-performance engines.
Electrode Material: The material of the center and ground electrodes affects performance and lifespan. Copper offers excellent conductivity but wears faster.
Spark Gap: The distance between the center and ground electrodes where the spark jumps. The correct gap ensures optimal spark strength.
Type
Copper spark plugs
These are the traditional spark plugs with a copper core. They provide good conductivity but have a shorter lifespan compared to other types.
Platinum spark plugs
These feature a platinum disc welded to the center electrode. Platinum plugs offer increased durability and a longer lifespan than copper plugs.
Iridium spark plugs
Iridium plugs have an even finer electrode made of iridium. They offer excellent longevity and performance, making them popular in modern engines.
Double platinum spark plugs
These plugs have platinum electrodes on both the center and ground electrodes, providing extended durability and improved ignition.
